There are already a lot of guacamole recipes out there, but not many that cater to people who like the one texture all the way through without any chunks. That's why I came up with this simple guacamole recipe. It's an ideal dip for corn chips.
1-2 cloves of garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/3 pack Old El Paso burrito seasoning
1/3 teaspoon sea salt
1/3 teaspoon ground pepper
10 min › Ready in:
Cut avocados in half and remove the pits. Scoop the flesh out of the avocados with a spoon and add to bowl.
Mix with either a fork or a potato masher until smooth and creamy.
Add salt, pepper and crushed garlic to avocado and stir through.
Add lemon juice and burrito seasoning and stir through until evenly mixed. Tip
1/2 teaspoon of chilli powder or a pinch of cayenne pepper can be used to add a bit of spice to the guacamole.
Great recipe! The burrito seasoning amps this one up.
