Easy Curried Sausages

    This is a mild curried sausage recipe that is great for a midweek meal. It will soon become a family favourite.

    Serves: 6 

    • 500g sausages
    • 1 carrot, grated
    • 1 onion, sliced
    • Sauce
    • 1 cup cold water
    • 1 tablespoon cornflour
    • 1 teaspoon curry powder (Keens)
    • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
    • 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
    • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

    1. In a large frying pan fry the sausages until they are just cooked through, cut into smaller pieces if desired. Add the onion and carrot then continue to cook until softened.
    2. In a bowl combine the sauce ingredients. Add the mixture to the frying pan stirring constantly until thickened.
