Ocean Diet Dainty - Tuna Salad

This is one of the amazing benefits of eating seafood. This recipe is a brilliant combination of light and delicious fish with green salad and a touch of Mediterranean flavor.

    Serves: 4 

    • 1 ear corn
    • salt, to taste
    • 1 medium sized lettuce
    • 200g tuna fish
    • extra virgin olive oil

    Preparation:5min  ›  Cook:15min  ›  Ready in:20min 

    1. Fill a pan with water and boil the corn in it with a bit of salt.
    2. Meanwhile, rinse the lettuce thoroughly and cut it.
    3. Place it in a big bowl together with the tuna fish, add the corn and season with salt and add a bit of olive oil.
    4. Serve with a fresh halved lemon.
