Peel the bananas and cut diagonally into thick slices then combine with passionfruit pulp. Place the banana in the base of a three cup capacity ovenproof dish.
Combine the cornflakes, cinnamon, almonds, coconut, butter and honey. Add over the top of the bananas.
Bake in an oven at 180 degrees C for about 10 minutes or until the topping is brown and the bananas are cooked through.
