This is an unusual crumble from the use of bananas to the unique topping of cornflakes, almonds, coconut and honey.
3 medium bananas
1/2 cup cornflakes
1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons flaked almonds, crushed
2 teaspoons coconut
2 teaspoons butter, melted
1 teaspoon honey
- Peel the bananas and cut diagonally into thick slices then combine with passionfruit pulp. Place the banana in the base of a three cup capacity ovenproof dish.
- Combine the cornflakes, cinnamon, almonds, coconut, butter and honey. Add over the top of the bananas.
- Bake in an oven at 180 degrees C for about 10 minutes or until the topping is brown and the bananas are cooked through.
