Halve the avocado and remove the pit, then remove and dice the flesh. Peel and segment the orange. Halve the mango and cube the flesh.
Place the avocado, orange, mango, spinach, blackberries and cashews in a blender. Blend and scrape down the sides with a wooden spoon. While blending, add cold water until you get it to the consistency you like.
