Green Avocado Blackberry Smoothie

    This smoothie is not only delicious, it is high in protein from the addition of cashews. Just wait until you taste the rich combination of avocado and blackberry.

    • 1 ripe avocado
    • 1 orange
    • 1 mango
    • 2 handfuls baby spinach
    • 1 cup fresh blackberries
    • 2 tablespoons cashews
    • water, as needed

    1. Halve the avocado and remove the pit, then remove and dice the flesh. Peel and segment the orange. Halve the mango and cube the flesh.
    2. Place the avocado, orange, mango, spinach, blackberries and cashews in a blender. Blend and scrape down the sides with a wooden spoon. While blending, add cold water until you get it to the consistency you like.
