    A simple banana smoothie which makes a great healthy breakfast. If you have it available, fresh coconut it even better than shredded.

    • 1 banana, peeled
    • 1 tablespoon shredded coconut
    • 1/2 cup soy or rice milk
    • 1 teaspoon honey

    1. Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.

    This is absolutely delicious! I used a frozen banana and I used Silk Coconut Milk and Splenda instead of the soy milk and honey. I will be making this again and again. Thanks for the recipe, Cathie!  -  28 Apr 2016
