A simple banana smoothie which makes a great healthy breakfast. If you have it available, fresh coconut it even better than shredded.
This is absolutely delicious! I used a frozen banana and I used Silk Coconut Milk and Splenda instead of the soy milk and honey. I will be making this again and again. Thanks for the recipe, Cathie!
