Minty Iced Chai

- 1 chai teabag
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 tablespoon dried mint
- 1/2 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 cup milk
- ice

- Make a cup of chai with the teabag and water and place in the fridge until chilled, about 1 hour.
- Place the tea in a blender with the mint, honey and milk and whizz until combined. Strain out into a glass over ice and enjoy!
