Yoghurt Mango Smoothie

    I suppose you could also call this a lassi but I think of it as a smoothie because traditionally lassis are served at room temperature.

    • 1 cup plain yoghurt
    • 1 mango, peeled and diced
    • 2 teaspoons honey
    • 6 ice cubes

    1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
