Pear and Grapefruit Champagne Punch

    Pear nectar balances out the acidity of grapefruit juice in this delicious champagne punch recipe. You can use pink grapefruit juice for the vivid colour if you like.

    Serves: 8 

    • 2 cups (500ml) grapefruit juice
    • 2 cups (500ml) pear nectar
    • 2 (750ml) bottles dry champagne
    • 24 ice cubes

    1. Combine the juice and nectar in the punchbowl and stir well. Just before serving, slowly pour in the champagne. Add ice cubes and stir (but not too hard or the champagne will lose its fizz).
