Peach and champagne are the ingredients in the classic Bellini cocktail (although the original uses Prosecco, which is similar).

Serves: 8 

  • 1 cup brandy
  • 1 cup peach nectar
  • 1/2 cup Cointreau(TM)
  • 1 1/2 cups soda water
  • 1 (750ml) bottle chilled dry champagne
  • ice cubes

Preparation:5min  ›  Extra time:2hours chilling  ›  Ready in:2hours5min 

  1. In a punch bowl, combine the brandy, peach nectar and Cointreau. Stir well and chill.
  2. Just before serving, carefully pour in the soda water and champagne. Add ice cubes if desired.
