Fresh Mint Sauce

    20 minutes

Mint sauce is a great accompaniment to lamb, and with a bush gone wild I never have a reason not to make my own fresh sauce recipe at home.

Absolutely delicious..took me back to my childhood. Will never buy store made again. So easy. I did double the recipe as had quite a few for lunch. I will freeze left overs in ice cube tray and when defrosted will just add a little vinegar  -  24 Oct 2017
