BBQ Potato Chips

    We make these simple potato chips on the BBQ, they make a great side and because they are cut so thin they don't take to long to cook.

    Serves: 4 

    • 3 medium potatoes
    • 1 tablespoon salt
    • oil, as required

    Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:15min  ›  Ready in:25min 

    1. Slice potatoes to your desired chip thickness and place them into a bowl of cold water as you slice. When finished slicing add the salt to the water and let soak until needed.
    2. Heat the BBQ grill or a pan on the BBQ then oil so the potatoes won't stick.
    3. Fry the potato slices, in small batches if needed. Once they start turning golden brown put them to the side until ready to serve.
