Potato Salad Dressing with Blue Cheese

    The creamiest of creamy salad dressings, this recipe combines yoghurt, sour cream and mayonnaise with blue cheese and some Tabasco for heat. Also good on chicken salads.

    Serves: 4 

    • 2⁄3 cup (175ml) natural yoghurt
    • 2⁄3 cup (175ml) sour cream
    • 1⁄4 cup (60ml) apple cider vinegar
    • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
    • 1 teaspoon Tabasco(TM) sauce
    • 1 tablespoon sugar
    • 1⁄3 cup (50g) crumbled blue cheese

    1. In a bowl, whisk together the yoghurt, sour cream, vinegar, mayonnaise, Tabasco and sugar. When well blended, stir in the crumbled blue cheese.
