Dissolve the sugar and yeast in the warm water. Add the olive oil and half of the flour and salt. Mix with a spoon to form a soft dough.
Turn out the dough onto a floured surface and gradually knead in the remaining flour until dough is smooth. Cover with a cloth and allow to rise until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 200 degrees C.
In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with the tomato pizza sauce. Roll out the dough on a pizza tray and spread with the cream cheese. Put the chicken filling on top and sprinkle with oregano. Bake 15 minutes or until dough is done.
