    This ice cream worked very well for me so I thought I should share it! YUM!

    Ingredients
    Serves: 4 

    • 2 cups (500ml) full cream milk
    • 2 cups (500ml) cream
    • 1 cup (220g) white sugar
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1 and a 1/2 teaspoons of flavored essence (vanilla, mint, lemon etc.)
    • 5 drops of coloured food dye (optional)

    Directions
    Preparation:10min  ›  Extra time:4hours freezing  ›  Ready in:4hours10min 

    1. Put them into a bowl and mix until a little thicker than before and then put in freezer to harden!

    So easy and delicious. We found we could back the salt off to half. Try adding different flavours - e.g. coffee, chocolate topping. - 21 Apr 2014
