Place the orange juice, water, sugar and orange zest in a saucepan and bring to the boil, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Add the dried apricots and simmer 5 minutes, until softened.
Add sliced apple and rhubarb and simmer very gently for 5 minutes until the fruit is just tender.
Divide the fruit into bowls, top with the syrup and add yoghurt and almonds to taste.
