Lightly cook the onion and chicken in a pan. Add in the jar of Golden Honey Mustard, place a small amount of water in jar, tighten the lid and shake to remove any excess then empty the remaining contents into the pan. Allow to simmer for around 15-20 minutes.
Add in beans and allow to simmer for a couple more minutes, ensuring not to overcook the beans so as they remain crunchy. Serve on a bed of white or brown rice.
