This is very easy and healthy Japanese style stew. You can use any ingredients in your fridge. (*^_^*)

Serves: 2 

  • 200g pork ribs
  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablesspoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon mirin (if you have it)
  • 200ml water

Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:15min  ›  Ready in:25min 

  1. Cut potatoes, onion and pork into bite-sized pieces. Peel garlic skin and put into stew pot with vegetables, meat and seasoning. Cook on medium heat for 15 minutes with a lid.
  2. Serve with rice and enjoy your meal ヾ(=^▽^=)ノ
  3. You can add boiled eggs if you like eggs!ヽ(*^^*)ノ


You can use chicken or tofu instead of pork. You can add boiled eggs \(^▽^)/
