Awesome meal for a cold day.

Serves: 4 

  • 1 kg mince
  • 1 talbespoon soya sauce
  • 1 teaspoon curry
  • 1 teaspoon Italian herbs
  • 1 can chopped tomatoes
  • 1 bottle Dolmio bolognese sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • pasta

Preparation:5min  ›  Cook:40min  ›  Ready in:45min 

  1. Fry the mince till lightly browned, add the soya sauce and curry powder and fry for a few more minutes.
  2. Add the herbs, tomatoes and bolognese sauce into the meat mixture and cook for about 20 to 30 minutes.
  3. While that is cooking, get the water boiling for the pasta. When it is boiling add the pasta and same salt, cook for about ten minutes or until cooked.
  4. Serve it all with some cheese and a salad.
