Great as a snack or with cocktails, and much cheaper than buying the premade nuts at the supermarket.

Serves: 4 

  • 350g mixed nuts (macadamias, pecans, brazil nuts, etc)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • black pepper to taste

Preparation:5min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:15min 

  1. Mix all ingredients and place on a baking tray. Cook at 180 degrees C, shaking them around occasionally, for 10 minutes or until golden. Let cool.
