A delicious twist on egg salad as it is loaded with red onion, tomato and celery. It's mixed with mayonnaise and mild American mustard. Enjoy alone or in a sammy.

Serves: 6 

  • 12 large eggs
  • 1/4 red onion, sliced
  • 1/4 tomato, diced
  • 2 stalks celery, diced
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 tablespoons mild American mustard
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise

Preparation:20min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:30min 

  1. Place eggs in saucepan with and cook until hardboiled, 10 minutes.
  2. Remove the shell form the eggs and dice. Place them in a bowl with red onion, tomato and celery.
  3. Add salt, pepper, mustard and mayonnaise. Mix all the ingredients together and it's ready to serve.
