Peel bananas and cut in half lengthways. Place brown sugar and coconut cream into frying pan. Quantities will depend on how much you want to make, I would use 1 banana per person as a guide. 2/3 to 1 cup of brown sugar per 4 bananas, depending on how sweet you want the sauce to be. Add 1/2 cup coconut cream to the frying pan and stir over medium heat until sugar melts. Add bananas and cook them in the sauce slightly. Makes a delicious topping for pancakes or ice cream.
