Perfect healthy and cold dessert for a hot summer day. Great way to do something different with a watermelon and get rid of the hassle of dealing with the seeds.
2 cups sugar syrup

- Lightly blend the watermelon until broken up. Strain through a sieve into a large bowl to remove any seed remnants.
- Combine the watermelon juice with the sugar syrup and stir well.
- Tip the watermelon mixture into a shallow tray and put in the freezer until just set, about 3 hours.
- To serve break up the mixture and place in a chilled glass.
