Buttered Barramundi with Lemon

    This is a quick and simple way to cook barramundi with two easy ingredients, butter and lemon; great option for kids without more exotic flavours.

    • 1 fillet barramundi
    • 25g butter
    • 1/2 lemon sliced

    1. Make a pouch out of foil big enough to hold the piece of fish you have selected.
    2. Add the barramundi, butter and lemon to the foil pouch. Seal the pouch having removed all the air.
    3. Cook an oven preheated oven at 180 degrees C for 10 minutes. Serve in the foil or tip the fish and juices onto a plate to serve.
