This is a great little pizza recipes ideal for breakfast, brunch or even lunch. Using premade pitta bread it is really easy to make.

Serves: 4 

  • 4 pre-made pitta bread
  • 8 mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • diced parsley and cracked pepper, to serve
  • 1 cup cream cheese

Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:5min  ›  Ready in:15min 

  1. Lay out the pitta bread then spread with the cream cheese. Spread most of the mushrooms over the cream cheese then sprinkle with the grated cheddar and mozzarella cheese. Arrange the remaining mushrooms on top for a good presentation.
  2. Place under a preheated grill and cook until the cheese starts to bubble or browned to your preference.
  3. Sprinkle with parsley and pepper if desired to serve.
