Why should the best things be kept for dessert? This healthy spin on trifle is a great way to start the day.

Serves: 1 

  • 1 cup favourite yoghurt
  • 1 cup fresh homemade fruit salad
  • 1/2 cup granola or muesli

Preparation:10min  ›  Ready in:10min 

  1. In a milkshake glass add 2/3 of the yoghurt, top with 1/2 the fruit salad and 1/3 of the granola. Repeat with the remaining yoghurt, fruit salad and granola.
  2. Serve immediately while the fresh fruit salad is at its best.
