In a large stovetop frying pan begin to brown beef, then clear out the center and add garlic, onion, and peppers. As the onion begins to turn clear, mix all and continue to cook while breaking meat up into crumbles.
Pour off excess fat or soak up with a paper towel and dispose.
Add remaining ingredients in order then mix and bring to a low simmer for @15 minutes. Serve on burger buns (buttered & broiled is best). You can either serve open face and cut with a fork, or pick up and eat as a sandwich.
Great side dishes include coleslaw, pasta salad, cold bean salad or Mango salsa.
Tip
In the us there is a simple seasoning mix you add to tomato paste and water. Super easy!
