Fabulous icing for Chocolate Cake. Your finger will find itself dipped and heading to your mouth!

Serves: 4 

  • equal amounts of dark chocolate (gms) and cream (mls)

Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:5min  ›  Ready in:15min 

  1. Bring cream almost to a boil.
  2. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  3. Add chocolate and allow the cream and chocolate temperatures to meet.
  4. Mix until well combined.
  5. Leave to cool until manageable (this may take some time) or leave in the fridge overnight.
