Fabulous icing for Chocolate Cake. Your finger will find itself dipped and heading to your mouth!

equal amounts of dark chocolate (gms) and cream (mls)
- Bring cream almost to a boil.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Add chocolate and allow the cream and chocolate temperatures to meet.
- Mix until well combined.
- Leave to cool until manageable (this may take some time) or leave in the fridge overnight.
