Heavenly Rice Pudding

    Leftover or cooked rice mixed with tinned crushed pineapple and marshmallows then left in the fridge to absorb the flavours. Cream can then be added if you like.

    Serves: 8 

    • 1 cup cooked rice
    • 1 cup crushed drained pineapple
    • 1 cup chopped marshmallows
    • 1 cup sweetened whipped cream (optional)

    Preparation:10min  ›  Extra time:8hours chilling  ›  Ready in:8hours10min 

    1. Mix rice, pineapple and marshmallows in a bowl then refrigerate over night.
    2. Just before serving, stir in the whipped cream.
