Chocolate Snow

A decadent chocolate pudding made from milk, cocoa and eggs that uses gelatine to set. It is delicious served with a custard made from the unused egg yolks.

- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 dessertspoons cocoa
- 2 cups milk
- 2 dessertspoons gelatine
- 2 egg whites, stiffly beaten

- Heat sugar, cocoa and milk together in a saucepan. Dissolve gelatine then stir it in. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
- When cool, beat in stiffly beaten egg whites then pour into a bowl to set. Serve with a custard made from the egg yolks.
