Seasoned Safflower Oil

    Safflower oil infused with garlic, rosemary and oregano is tasty for dipping crusty bread into. It's also delicious to fry things in, to add a hint of flavour.

    Serves: 4 

    • 2 cloves garlic
    • 2 teaspoons rosemary
    • 2 teaspoons oregano
    • 1-1/2 cups safflower oil

    1. Add garlic, rosemary and oregano to the oil over heat. Cover and heat for 10 minutes. Strain oil through a cheesecloth then save and seal for future use.
