    This whipped brandy and cream sauce is perfect over your cold Christmas pudding. It is sweetened with white sugar and has a hint of vanilla too. I hope you enjoy it.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 10 

    • 1 egg whites
    • 2 tablespoons sugar
    • 1 cup (250ml) cream
    • 1 tablespoon brandy, to taste
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla

    Directions

    1. Whip egg whites with sugar. Whip the cream separately. Just before ready to serve, fold the cream into the egg whites. Sir in the brandy and vanilla. Serve with cold Christmas pudding.
