Curried Fish and Rice

    Salmon is mixed with curry powder, tomato soup, chutney and rice then covered with bread crumbs and baked until golden brown. Enjoy.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 4 

    • 1 (420g) tin tomato soup
    • 1/2 soup tin water
    • 1 soup tin milk
    • 1 tablespoon flour
    • 2 cups cooked rice
    • 1 (210g) tin salmon
    • 1/2 cup sweet chutney
    • 1 teaspoon curry powder
    • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

    1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees C. Grease a baking dish.
    2. Combine soup, milk, water and flour until well mixed, add to heat then bring to a boil. Stir in rice, salmon, chutney and curry powder.
    3. Pour into greased baking dish then sprinkle on breadcrumbs and bake until browned, about 15-20 minutes.
