This quick and easy entree uses prepared fresh ravioli and also your favourite pasta sauce. They are crumbed then deep fried until crisp and golden brown.

    1. Heat oil in your deep fryer until fryer says it's up to heat or in a wok until a match head thrown in ignites on its own.
    2. In a bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, flour, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Dip each ravioli into the egg, crumb in the breadcrumb mixture then set on the prepared tray.
    3. Carefully lower about 5-6 ravioli into the hot oil and allow to fry until crisp and golden brown. Remove and drain on newspaper. Repeat in batches until all ravioli are cooked.
    4. While ravioli are cooling, heat the sauce in a covered bowl in the microwave for about 2 minutes until warm. Serve together.

You can any type of ravioli that you're keen on, but I prefer the precooked beef filled kind.
