Ham Corn and Cheese Toasty

A quick and easy toasted sammy with cheese, corn, onions and a wee bit of ham. Makes a mean lunch or a quick and light tea. Enjoy with a cup of soup.

- 2 slices bread
- 2 tablespoons butter or mayonnaise
- 4 slices of tasty cheese
- 2 slices deli ham, diced
- 1 teaspoon onion, finely diced
- 1 tablespoon frozen corn

- Butter the outside sides of the bread. In the middle place the cheese, ham, onion and corn then top with the top slice of bread.
- Either toast in a frying pan over medium heat, turning once, until golden brown on both sides and cheese is melted, or simply place in your cheese toasty (jaffle) maker until done.
