This aioli is made using egg, salt, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic and Italian herbs. This is yummy for dipping your chips in or spreading on a sandwich.

Makes: 1 cup
1 egg
1/4 teaspoon salt
2/3 teaspoon Dijon mustard
150g olive oil
squeeze of lemon juice
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 teaspoon Italian herb mix

Mix together the first three ingredients stirring well. Add the lemon juice. Stir more. Add the herbs and garlic for flavour.
