Italian Herb Mayonnaise Aioli

    This aioli is made using egg, salt, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic and Italian herbs. This is yummy for dipping your chips in or spreading on a sandwich.

    Makes: 1 cup

    • 1 egg
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • 2/3 teaspoon Dijon mustard
    • 150g olive oil
    • squeeze of lemon juice
    • 1 clove garlic, chopped
    • 1 teaspoon Italian herb mix

    1. Mix together the first three ingredients stirring well. Add the lemon juice. Stir more. Add the herbs and garlic for flavour.
