    This delightful mayonnaise based chilli mint aioli is a delicious dip for prawns. I am sure you can also find other great uses for it, such as on crab cakes or sandwiches.

    Ingredients
    Makes: 2 cups

    • 500 ml mayonnaise
    • 1 teaspoon ginger
    • 1 teaspoons coriander
    • 6 mint leaves, chopped
    • 3 teaspoons fennel tops
    • 2 teaspoons chilli sauce
    • 1/2 lemon, juiced

    1. Whisk together all ingredients then serve with prawns or anything you would like.
