This easy breakfast for four has pear, apple, banana and porridge that is topped with brown sugar, honey, yoghurt and cinnamon. Tastes too good to be porridge.

Ingredients
Serves: 4
2 cups rolled oats
2 cup milk
1 3/4 cup water
1 pear, peeled, cored and diced
1 apple, peeled, cored and diced
1 banana, peeled and sliced
2 teaspoons honey
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
4 tablespoons vanilla yoghurt

In a saucepan add oats, milk, water, pear and apple. Simmer for about 15 minutes, until thickened. Stir in the banana, honey, sugar and cinnamon. Serve with a dollop of yoghurt on top.
