Little mini pizzas made from bake at home bread rolls, topped with bacon, pineapple, tomato and mozzarella cheese make a great after school snack or weekend lunch.


Makes: 12 mini pizzas

  • 6 bake at home bread rolls, sliced in half
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
  • 6 rashers of bacon, cooked and sliced in half
  • 220g tinned pineapple pieces
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 8 cherry tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 teaspoons Italian herbs

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees C.
  2. Place bread rolls, cut side up, on a baking tray. In a small bowl mix together the pizza sauce and garlic then spread on the rolls. Place on the bacon and pineapple then sprinkle on the cheese. Place the tomato slices on top of the cheese then sprinkle with the Italian herbs.
  3. Bake in preheated oven for about 5 minutes then grill the tops for about 2 minutes.
