    Ingredients
    Serves: 4 

    • 10 Weetbix
    • 400g of condensed milk
    • 1/2 cup of glaced cherries
    • 1/2 cup mixed fruit
    • 3 tb of cocoa
    • 4 tb of rum

    1. Crush all 10 Weetbix into a fine powder then combine Weetbix and cocoa in a large bowl then add the cherries and mixed fruit. When all is mixed then add condensed milk stirring through with a large spoon then pour in the rum. Allow mixture to rest for 10-15min then create balls approx 20cm in diameter and placing them into the coconut for an even coat. Refrigerate in a sealed container overnight before serving.
