    I am really loving smoked salmon at the moment and I love having it out as an entree at gatherings. Smoked salmon, cream cheese, capers, red onion served on matzo.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 6 

    • 160g smoked salmon
    • 130g cream cheese
    • 2 tablespoons pickled capers
    • 1/4 small red onion, sliced thin
    • 1/4 tomato, diced
    • matzo crackers (or water crackers)

    Directions

    1. Place all on a nice serving platter with a knife to spread the cream cheese and a fork to flake the salmon.
