With a spongy cake outside and a runny chocolate centre, these chocolate lava cakes are amazing and are sure to be a crowd pleaser at your next dinner party.
*Make sure you use unsalted margarine; otherwise, the cakes will be too salty. (You can use salted butter, if you like, but remember to omit the pinch of salt.)
