Mouse Chocolate Crackles

Chocolate crackles are an easy party food recipe that all people love. So why not turn them into mice for Halloween.

Ingredients
Makes: 16 mice
- 4 cups rice bubbles
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- 250g copha, sliced
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 small bag brown M&M's or Smarties
- 2-3 stips of strap liquorice

- Mix the rice bubbles, icing sugar, coconut, copha and cocoa powder in a large saucepan. Place over low heat until the copha has melted and all the ingredients are well combined. Allow to cool slightly, so the mixture can be handled.
- Take 2 tablespoons of the mixture and shape them into mice. Use 2 brown m&m's or smarties as ears. Use a thin strip of liqourice as a tail. Cut 2 small bit of liqourice as eyes.
