Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Place patty pans into a cupcake tin.
Sift together dry ingredients. In a mixing bowl cream together the butter and sugar, add one egg at a time, mixing well after each addition. Alternatle adding milk and flour, mixing well after each additoin. Add the vanilla
Pour the mixture into the cupcake tin, fill 3/4 of the way. Bake for 15-17 minutes. Cool
Ice with the icing sugar. Cut small rounds of liquorice for the eyes and mouth. Positoin them on the top of the cupcake.
