Ingredients
Makes: 1 loaf
- 1 cup (250ml) milk
- 1 dessertspoon golden syrup
- 1 cup (125g) self raising flour
- 1 cup (125g) wholemeal flour
- big pinch salt, to taste

- Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Grease a loaf tin.
- Mix milk and syrup together then add to other ingredients. Pour into a loaf tin then bake until done, about 30-45 minutes.
