BBQ Prawn Kebabs

- 4 wooden kebab skewers
- 16 prawns
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup olive oil
Preparation:20min › Cook:6min › Extra time:30min marinating › Ready in:56min
- Soak wooden skewers in water for about 30 minutes. Peel and devein prawns, leaving tails intact. Heat BBQ to high.
- Whisk together the lemon juice, garlic and olive oil. Set in prawns and allow to marinate for about 30 minutes. Remove from marinade and place on skewers, 4 per skewer.
- Gill on the BBQ until they become pink and no longer translucent, about 3-5 minutes per side.
