Olive, Cucumber and Feta Salad
This salad goes well with beef. Try it with a grilled steak and a bed of fresh baby spinach leaves.
Ingredients

- 8 mini cucumbers, thickly sliced
- half a cup crumbled feta
- pitted black kalamata olives
- a generous splash of vinaigrette (or more if you like your salad dripping)

- Combine the cucumber, olives and vinaigrette. Gently toss with fingers. Lift onto a plate. Sprinkle with feta and serve.
