These creepy Halloween eyeballs are slimy, disgusting and delicious. Make a great cocktail decoration or just a yucky snack for kids.

Super easy and super gross. So much fun!  -  29 Sep 2012

I was really impressed with how easy and effective this is. The jam runs between the cracks in the lychees and looks like blood vessels and the texture is better than other recipes I have tried. I didn't skewer them with toothpicks and it worked well.  -  10 Nov 2012

Made these for a teenage Halloween party. I ended up using sweet dark cherries from a can as half the kids said they wouldn't eat blueberries. I smeared the strawberry jam all over the "eyes" as well as a little inside. These turned out to be a hit! I even used the little sword skewers for a festive effect. Delicious!!  -  07 Nov 2017  (Review from Allrecipes USA and Canada)
