- 2 bottles red wine
- 1 orange, sliced
- 1 lemon peel
- 250g caster sugar
- 6 cloves
- 1 cinnamon stick
- nutmeg, to taste
Preparation:5min › Cook:15min › Ready in:20min
- Add all spices, orange and sugar to saucepan over medium heat and let the sugar melt.
- Add enough wine to cover. Mix and let sugar dissolve.
- Add the rest of the wine and stir to heat and mix.
